My journey into the study of the mind was for deep freedom and liberation, which came with the deep realization of how easily we are controlled possessed by others. Willingly or unwillingly, consciously or unconsciously we give our power away, our sense of identity and adopt something foreign as our very own truth, loosing touch and connection with Self. I believe the illusion will be seen along your life if it was created in an unconscious agreement and that protection is an active process not a passive one.
